Db/add user attributes

Changed the users table, such that the identifier is separated from the name and mail address.

Updated the migrate scripts and the LDAP authentication module such that the data in correctly inserted in the database, and if the name or email changes, then that information is updated.

The module that pulls changes from git and hg should be changed at some point, so that it doesn't create random users in the database like john@localhost and stuff like that.
