I have seen the installation that were set up, but have yet to learn how to configure it to test it. We need to be able to test:

  • the cloud service is running
  • the correct version of the service is running
  • it returns expected data (the correct data is loaded)

@ozancinar, now that testing is coming along nicely, we need to figure out how people can get alerted when a system is down. For example, when any of the WikiPathways- and BridgeDb-related services are down, this needs to be flagged on Slack (or something similar) immediately, so that the corresponding dev team can take action.
