The Development Tool helps a Windows RT 8.1 user to boot into Test Mode. Test Mode is an environment for developers to run signed ARM-compiled applications in the desktop environment of Windows RT 8.1.
NOTE: This tool is provided without warranty. Any damage caused, is your own responsibility.
- Modify Windows Update
- Remove the updates that infect Test Mode (Infected Updates)
- Boot into Test Mode \ Normal Mode
