Describe the bug
ReplaceWithRegister doesn't work in visual mode

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. yank a word
  2. Toggle to visual mode
  3. Highlight some text
  4. Replace the text with gr
  5. Nothing happen

Expected behavior
Visually highlight should be replaced without having the text being replaced in the register

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • Extension Name: vim
  • Extension Version: 1.10.0
  • OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.18965
  • VSCode version: 1.37.1
