Idea-Description : Vishesh an application for 'Special Parents':
Every life is a gift of god and every child is blessed in a special way.The differently-abled children somehow,are unable to explore themselves and the broader horizons of life.Not only the child but also the parents are subject to various challenges when it comes to the parenting of a differently-abled child.It is now high time to utilise the emerging technological advancements to provide them myriads of opportunities so that they grow,prosper and lead an independent life breaking all barriers.
Our Solution: Catering to the problem stated above, we came up with an idea of app/platform for the parents who have children with special needs, which will provide them the genuine information regarding the Special schools, schemes provided by the government, the NGOs helping in these situation, and the doctors whom they can refer to in emergency, in their vicinity.
Features in the application: Our Application will be a one stop destination for all the know-abouts for differently-abled people.
1.User authentication on both sides: Application will ensure that both end users (Special child and Organization) are verified/genuine, which can be attained through the checking of the uploaded proofs of identification during signing-up and providing login credentials only to those who are verified.
2.Information regarding the special schools: Application will provide the contact information about the school, their address,he fees they charge,their admission procedure.
3.Information regarding the Schemes provided by the Government: We will be providing the information about all the schemes and benefits government has allotted for them.We will also include various scholarships for the kids who perform extraordinarily well in their academics or extra-curriculars.
4.Information about the NGOs: This platform would make differently-abled people contact the NGOs who work consistently for their empowerment by providing opportunities in the field of vocational training like tailoring,candle making,chocolate making,data entry etc.
5.Emergency calling facility to the doctors in vicinity: Whenever there is a health emergency, there is a way to get help quickly.Also,they can find doctors for regular consultation.
Future Prospects: After the deployment of this genuine informative application, we will be moving forward to a learning application for these children as well.Further, we can move to the group of ‘Divyangjan’ as well. With a vision to see smile and confidence to face the world on every child.
So, the Vishesh is mitigating all the issues of a ‘Special Parent’ regarding their child. Now parents don’t need to worry as Vishesh is here.

The command installs all of our dependencies mentioned in package.json
package.json is a file in Node.js projects which mentions the dependencies, the start-up scripts etc for the project.
npm install- Production mode:
The command runs the application
npm startor
expo startThis will run the metro bundler in your browser at http://localhost:19002/ .
After which you can choose from a variety of options to run the application. (Web Browser/Physical Device/Emulator)
As this is a native code application, it can be deployed on any device, whether Android or iOS.
