dota crashes while rubick is in the game

Description

every time someone picks rubick my game will freeze and dota disappears(i can see my desktop)
i verified my game files and reinstalled the game but the problem has not been solved yet
I think this happens when rubick is attacking towers or towers attacking rubick or rubick is casting spells against pudge or something else
*i updated my graphic card

processor: AMD PRO A10-8770 4threads - 3.5 GHz
graphics card AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G with Radeon Graphics
Memory: 8 GB RAM
platform: Windows 10

I had this issue today too! I thought the reason was that I played spectre, but the black shadows were the same and I had rubick in the enemy team!

Directly in the beginning me as spectre had the black shadows and a moment after that my game freezed. Happened several times.

I had this bugs as well. It all started when I demo snapfire's new set(The snail one) when I casted her ulti the game crashed like this then after that rubick's bugging as well. I literally can't play dota because of this. Did any of you fixed these bugs already?

I have the same problem, my laptop is a Huawei Ryzen 7 with Graphic Chipset
AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 10 Graphics. They play all the normal games and it is absurd that it freezes, because of a simple character. At least there should be a configuration or some specification in the Dota 2 updates. I'm already bored, I stop at low priority, because of this damn problem. valve soluciona este problema ya!!!

SOLUTION Update the drivers, this is a problem only for Ryzen processors, I have been looking for a solution to this problem for a very long time - I found it in a week. Update the drivers and everything will be fine. Reinstalling the game is pointless, writing to support is also pointless. Update drivers from AMD's official website. It worked for me, I can now play rubick normally
