  1. 所见即所得模式下Table按钮重复点击会导致table嵌套，且内部的table无法弹出浮动层进行删除（实际上markdown应该是不支持表格嵌套的）
    而切换至markdown编辑模式再切回来之后恢复成单个表格
    vditor
    建议光标在表格内的时候，table按钮禁用？
  1. 另外所见即所得模式下，一旦标题#号后面加空格使得标题栏生效后，标题level功能只能通过toolbar来撤销标题后重新调整大小，希望支持当光标在标题栏的时候直接使用快捷键，例如Ctrl/CMD + +/-来增加或减小标题level（类似于typroa，如果V大有使用过的话）
