To build on Unix/Linux and similar systems:
   autoreconf -f -i ; ./configure ; make ; make install

The project sub-directories are:
./src       - library source code
./mlink     - MathLink interface
./examples  - FORTRAN (build with 'make check') and C++ / ROOT usage examples
