Long-duration sound files appear truncated/garbled when converted to OGG #7

Hey, thanks for making this awesome software!

I was loading the soundfiles for Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. I've noticed that a lot of the longer-duration sound files that might have music or dialogue (ex: SFX_2558~PONYTAIL.M_HGF_NIS.663.A.ogg) have only about 2 seconds of audio and then appear garbled when playing back on VLC.

The file itself is 3 MB long but only has 4 seconds of audio total.

I'm not very sure how to debug this issue- whether it's an issue with the ogg encoding or with the wav files themselves.

No no, what I need is the unconverted PCK/BNK to debug what's going on.
