Welcome! If you find yourself here, then it means that you want a real OS on your Dell Chromebook 13 rather than a browser-only OS. And DON'T WORRY: this is very, very easy to achieve. I will guide you through all of the steps. I'm writing all of this in a way that everyone will understand.
