Release 3.1 - Major bugfixes

New Features:

• Filesaving options for reports;
• Connected device indication in form caption.

Bgfixes:

• Framing error preventing work with some devices in certain circumstances: see Readme and Crutch folder;
• Several communication errors where transmit/receive wasn't properly agreed upon;
• Form interfacing / device syncing problems;
• Log encoding bug;
• First launch bug (for the third time, hope it doesn't resurface).
