Release 3.2 - Major bugfix

Bugfixes:

• It was possible for data files to overwrite each other. This is now fixed. If a file attempts to overwrite another, an error will occur and log will not progress. Also this should never happen now.
• Fixed various bugs in reports;
• Fixed various file numbering issues.

• Framing error preventing work with some devices in certain circumstances: see Readme and Crutch folder;
• Several communication errors where transmit/receive wasn't properly agreed upon;
