V0 Patch Fixes

CAD

• v0 assembly updated to fix some minor issues, tophat moved form beta status to released. tophat now included in master assembly. saved as STEP AP214 to preserve color data.

STLs

• t-nut block adjusted to fit new anti_backlash nut
• z_endstop mount adjusted to clear new anti_backlash nut
• pocketwatch shuttle hole diameter fixed
• tophat stls and tophat panel mounting stls revised and added
• removed crew mods folder. mods will be migrated to voronusers repo
• multiple m2 hex adapters deleted

Drawings

• tophat side panel drawing moved to panel folder

DXF

• tophat side panel dxf added

Firmware

• config file cleaned up and stepper_z changed to use T8x8 leadscrew
