New release to force a Zenodo update as the webhook had been lost. Changes since the last release:

  • The CI has been updated to Github Actions

  • Errors in test_rate.jl have been fixed

  • Plots.jl has been updated to work with recent Julia releases

  • Add an example notebook CarrierCapture_workflow.ipynb to:

    • demonstrate the workflow of CarrierCapture
    • include an alternative method (WSWQ) to calculate electron-phonon coupling matrix elements
    • improve the calculation of scaling factors
    • include the calculation of capture cross section
  • Update CaptureRate.jl for systems with specified Q$_0$

  • Update get_wf.py for systems with spin polarisation and specified kpoint
