Add new parameters for detecting marked articles and notify reviewers #30
Comments
@wikipedia-mabdul - I believe you're going overboard when all I did was miss a single template... |
dunno, anything wrong with that? actually this would even help the "submitter" when he sees that this submission is under a review of 3 days... (i saw this multiple times!) |
@wikipedia-mabdul - Oh, I didn't understand what you were getting at. This would require updates of the meta-template too, however. |
exactly. ok now to sleep. |
@wikipedia-mabdul - Since this mainly involves {{afc submission}}, I don't understand why it's submitted under here. Perhaps a new repo for {{afc submission}} lua coding is in order? |
I'm not sure that it needs it's own repo, but I wouldn't mind taking point on the project either way. I know nothing of lua, yet, but have intended to do a full revamp of the AFC submission template set (I've already poked at them a few times for minor stuffs)... |
actually this is a valid AFCH ticket as the parameters have to be placed somewhen - so in this case using afch when clicking on "mark as under review" |
what do you think: ? or which parameternames do we want to use? |
and adding multiple general and my (dr) TODOs
Please see https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Nathan2055&curid=32265242&diff=563301097&oldid=563270300 to understand why.
This would be a similar parameter than the declinets and decliner in that there should be something placed so that the {{afc submission}} is able to display the date/time since an article has been marked and maybe automatically undo this by lua/#time coding within the template. Reviewers should also be notified within the script that they are potentially edit conflicting with another reviewer.
