Describe the bug
I can create a new gallery if I hit the save button, it saves but is still a draft. I can't click on draft, does nothing. The only way I can get it to publish, is to hit CTRL S keys. Then it publishes. Problem then is, I can never go back to a draft. I have to delete and start again if I wanted to go back to a draft.

more info:
If I create a new gallery, then save as a draft, it is all fine.
If I accidentally publish it, it will go to a publish state fine. But it was an accident, so I change it back to a draft and hit save again, its still published.
The ONLY way I can correct it is by going back to the Galleries Page, selecting quick edit on the gallery, and changing it to draft there. ONLY then will it go back to a draft.
