Hi, team
I wondering how does this tool work on scRNAseq? Does it require pseudo-bulk? If so, what metadata is recommended to be used as pseudo group? If not, how to interpret sample heterogeneity with cell level ITH returned by DEPTH? Appreciate your response.
Regards
Cathy

Thanks for the excellent question. DEPTH was originally designed for analyzing bulk data. Yes, pseudo-bulk is required if analyzing scRNA-Seq data. In analyzing scRNA-Seq data, metadata should be individual patients.
Best,
Xiaosheng
