Shrink calls of weekly sessions to 30min, and organise another one for others in different timezones to attend

eg: Krzysztof can make: Tues 1hr earlier, or Wed same time

will do: UK Morning, UK afternoon

Split 2nd weekly call to #11, it has not been a priority right now.
