A follow-up to #419, for the peaking filter
Blink uses
A = 10^(dbGain/40) alpha = sin(w0) / (2 * Q); k = cos(w0);
b0 = 1 + alpha * A; b1 = -2 * k; b2 = 1 - alpha * A; a0 = 1 + alpha / A; a1 = -2 * k; a2 = 1 - alpha / A;
This would match the cookbook if alpha = a_BW, but alpha = a_Q here.
