be sure that you have ruby and also rails instaled in your machine.
do some steps:
git clone https://github.com/West0ne/trainees-base
cd trainees-base
$ gem install bundler (if you don't have instaled) $ bundle update $ bundle install
$rails server (or rails s) go to localhost:3000 in your brouser
