A small utility to simulate pegnet consensus voting by simulating 200,000 voters, half of which vote "yay". The output is 100 blocks of sequential moving averages, printed in comma separated rows.
- Target: The real ratio that the other values try to estimate
- Block: The ratio inside of the single block that was added
- SMA-#: The simple moving average for a window of that many blocks
