Updates for Tools Network

This versions adds more documentation and fixes some issues with examples to meet NI Tools Network requirements.

• Fixes dependency issues with the templates.
• Made the regex comparison work with full PCRE syntax

USE RELEASE v1.1.1 INSTEAD. THERE IS NO REASON TO PREFER THIS ONE

• Added Given When Then and Test Event Response templates.
• Fixed #2 where array sizes weren't checked.
