Categories and Tags are disabled but shown in exported PDF

Issue Overview

When the taxonomies (Categories and Tags) are disabled from Settings > Display Options > Taxonomies and then exporting the PDF reports will show column for those taxonomies which are disabled.

Expected Behavior

Should not show Categories and Tags when these are disabled.

Current Behavior

Showing Categories and Tags column in exported PDF even if the taxonomies are disabled via settings.

Possible Solution

Adding a check or filter while generating the PDF will work.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Disable Categories and Tags from Settings > Display Options > Taxonomies
2. Go to Reports > Export > and click on Generate PDF
