What problem does this address?

Currently there is no option in the Post Author block to wrap the author name text as a link to the author's page (Author archive page). As far as I know, Post Author is the only block that could be used to refer users to the Author archive page. Without any link to the Author archive page, there is no way user can navigate to the Author archive page.

What is your proposed solution?

Add a toggle option, e.g. "Link author name to author page".
