Image Editor: Incorrect 180º and 270º rotation cropping area

Description

When using the inline image editor, rotating the image has the wrong aspect ratio for the cropping area. With a landscape image at a 180º rotation, the aspect ratio should be landscape again, but it is still portrait. And at a 270º rotation it should be portrait, but is landscape.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Insert image block in site editor or post editor
2. Use the image editing controls to rotate the image 180º and 270º (2 presses and 3 presses, respectively)
3. See incorrect crop area in both rotations
