What?
The PR removes the design Reference doc and moves the logo information to the main Design Contributions doc. This PR also removes the last section of the Design Contributions doc because it's no longer relevant. The Site Editor exists and is out of beta.
Why?
The Reference page contained virtually no unique information besides the logo. This change streamlines the Handbook and removing unnecessary pages reduces the maintenance burden.
How?
assetsfolder within the Contributor Guide. Previously, it was located at the root of the documentation, which was not ideal. Each main section should have its ownassetsfolder to store media and whatnot.
