It works well in my testing 🚀
Included a new test case to validate font installation with an actual otf font file.
Interestingly playground works even without this change and I guess that's where my previous test results were gone wrong.

What?
Changes the expected mime type for 'otf' files to be
application/vnd.ms-opentypeWhy?
The expected value is
font/otfhowever calls tofinfo_file()are returningapplication/vnd.ms-opentypeas the mime type which cause files with .otf file extensions to to be denied upload.Note: I haven't figured out why the font mime type is so out-of-date while the others have improved. It may be due to the specific OTF files? If that is the case then I haven't found any OTF files myself that return any different value.
Testing Instructions
Using the Font Library UI upload an OTF font file file.
It should work.
