A little code cleanup when updating
preferences.insertUsageduringREPLACE_BLOCKSorINSERT_BLOCKS. Here thereduceloop needs to produce only the updatedinsertUsagevalue. Update of the entire state (state = { ...state, insertUsage }) needs to be done just once at the end.
