Description

"babel-eslint" package is no longer receiving updates. so, it should replace by "@babel/eslint-parser"

I pushed a small commit to update the pnpm-lock.yaml file, since we switched to pnpm in #525, this was required so our CI tests pass (they fail if the pnpm lockfile is out of sync with the package.json file).
