Fixes

No issue exists for this, I just noticed it while working on an implementation plan and it was easy to open a PR for.

Description

Removes the AWS client secrets from the API. These aren't configured in production and are unused in the application, so it's effectively dead code.

Testing Instructions

CI should pass. Confirm the variables are not used.
