ccMixter: Handle bad numbers with a decimal point

Description

To borrow from @dhruvkb's PR in #3904:

ccMixter's API can send malformed JSON so this PR adds addtional handling for the same. This particular case appears at offset 27100:

"file_name" : "salvatore_j_-_128_bpm_matched_Drum_loops_15.mp3", "file_nicname" : 012.2,

This PR modifies the bad octal regex to handle cases where a decimal point may be present.

Testing Instructions

1. Tests should pass
2. Run the DAG locally with initial_query_params as {"format": "json", "limit": 100, "offset": 27100}, and ensure it passes on this branch
