Summary

Enhance the automated organizer reminder functionality to include a condition that ensures reminders are only sent if the "Running money through WPCS PBC" checkbox is not checked.

Detailed Description

Currently, the system is set up to send a reminder email to organizers if they have not checked the "Transparency Report Received" box by a specified number of days (e.g., 14 days). However, not all events require a transparency report. Only events that have received grant funds from us need to follow this process. These events are typically ones where we send a lump sum to organizers to pay vendors in cash, as opposed to WPCS handling all payments directly.

New Condition to Add

The reminder email should only be sent if the event is not "Running money through WPCS PBC" (i.e., the "Running money through WPCS PBC" checkbox is not checked).
