In this repository we host both codes and data associated with our Open Access paper (Details will be availed once the paper is accepted, assigned DOI, and published). The purpose is to allow transarency and reproducibility of the analyses and results described in that paper.
Data are available in the data folder. In that folder:
- fgd_threats.csv is dataset containing scores of threats from focus group discussions in each of the three study community units in Turkana County, Kenya.
- fgd_management.csv is dataset containing scores of possible management options from focus group discussions in each of the three study community units in Turkana County, Kenya.
- field_threats.csv is dataset containing scores of threats from field plot observations in each of the three study community units in Turkana County, Kenya.
In the output folder, there are plots generated from the dataset.
In the scrips folder, there is an R script used to analyze the data and generate the results including plots.
