XVim / Minimap conflict in setting editor bounds - right-hand side obscuring text.

Description

Minimap is a plugin that gives Sublime Text Overview to Xcode.
When used in conjuction with XVim, the editor fails to report its bounds correctly, resulting in obscured text on the right-hand side.

This has been reported to Minimap in stefanceriu/SCXcodeMiniMap#78

Minimap operates correctly without XVim loaded.

Operation

Both XVim and Minimap loaded within Xcode.

Expected behaviour

The editor word-wraps with the correct right-hand side margin.
