1 [Sub-Menu] PPA List Submenu 2 Decide if popular packages accociated with PPAs are installed by default (default=no) - the way things are coded some PPAs have a "common package/app associated with this PPA" list (not all do) - THIS setting controls if the listed packages i have for that auto-install when a user selects to add that PPA in question

3 Setup Common packages, like gdebi, Gnome Tweak, and Synaptic - not needed on all Ubuntu based distros but some do not come with this and (I do admit if not on Gnomeshell, Gnome Tweak is likely not useful) sets some stuff up for those that need this. - Stock Ubuntu and/or Elementary, come to mind
