WHAT YOU NEED:
- An account with tumblr.com
- An account with Disqus.com. Set up a new site there and note down the short name. Don't worry about integration - this 
is covered by the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Replace "microformats-theme-for-tumblr" with your own Disqus short name in line 627 and 641

2. Paste the theme html code to your Tumblr log (as a custom theme in customization)
