[XcStack] Fix styling of stack items #125

The styling of stack items has to be refactored:

animation of new items doesn't work
smooth scrolling into new items doesn't work because focussing the first header item scrolls to it instantaneously
icons inside the header and footer have a low contrast (black on dark gray)
