See the article. Create an issue and a corresponding branch, write tests for any functionality you create, and file a pull request into origin/development when your code is up to par. The project lead -- either @orenyk or @caseywatts -- will review the code.
When adding complex things, add a wiki article based on this template and reference it in the issue and branch.
The core team will handle the merging into origin/master and the versioning.
Reservations codebase is large, so refactoring is always welcome! Use these best practices to do so. The usual development workflow applies.
Always search before filing. Name the issue descriptively.
