1080 and 480p

Hello, i use youtube center a short time however I can not see any video in 480p or 1080p, is this normal?

480p and 1080p formats are stored by youtube in a format called DASH where the video and audio of the clip is separate and managed and played back by the player
if you haven't enabled DASH play back in YoutubeCenter, you would not be able to play it or download it

I think that there's some bugs in Youtube or/and Chromium because when watching HTML5 video I can only see 360p option, Flash Player videos shows all qualities. Tested with YTC disabled.

Edit: Looks like Youtube forces you to join HTML5 trial.

Is this the right bug to watch if I want to be updated on the status of this forced DASH thing?
