PyPI installation isn't working #13

PyPI says that there's no such package.

$ pip install django-fias
Downloading/unpacking django-fias
  Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement django-fias
Cleaning up...
No distributions at all found for django-fias

Also, requirement sudsds can't be found too.
