Any chance to merge this PR soon @JimboJoe ?
Cachet doesn't work anymore after upgrading to YNH 4.0, because of php 7.3.
Upgrading to Cachet 2.4 should fix this.

Well, if you're willing to have a go at the testing, that could prove useful. As far as I remember, the upgrade went fine on one of my prod servers, but I waited for latest packaging standards (no functional impact on the software).

I just upgrade cachet with enh_refactoring branch.
Upgrade output indicates an error, but in fact Cachet is now running correctly.
Log : https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/ocopetuzud (everything is ok with dpkg/apt)

That seems to have gone well, and that the last warning is not related to this package.
