(Extracting part of #29 into its own issue)

A-Trust communication now uses httpclient5 as of 4.4.3, but other parts of PDF-Over still use httpclient3.

httpclient3 has been EoL since... forever ago. This issue tracks extracting it from all the individual components it's a part of, and replacing it with httpclient5.
