Github Actions / Pages Automated Data Retrieval / Building

This is a demonstration of how to use a Github Action to retrieve data on a schedule from an API and update a repository file. That commit then triggers Github pages to rebuild the page. That page uses Javascript to retrieve the updated file to show the most recent data.
