Sheet columns style enhancement

We have to change a bit the gesture of Columns Setting.
Actually it is managed by COLUMN_DIMENSION, we have to extend this functionality to style (e.g. background, pattern)

I started the analysis, now I have created sheet properties interface that will collect all the sheet properties ( wow ), it  is not finished yet but it works for sheet style behavior.Next step is to enhance column dimension and trasform it into column properties and merge logic of column properties with sheet properties.I'll keep you updated.
