Update parse.json in test data

Hello.
Seems like parser test data was updated 6 months ago, while latest update to parser.json was made 4 years ago. Is there any tool which updates parser.json using test data or it's done manually?

parser.json was contributed to this repo by someone other than myself. I'm not sure how the contributor generated it, but I don't have a tool for updating it.
