Adding custom lookups

There are many fields in ABC that automatically have lookup functionality. For instance, on the Customer screen the Customer ID field has a lookup to allow you to search for any customer using super search. You may at times want a custom lookup on a field that has no standard lookup so that you can quickly choose a predefined option.
There are two types of custom lookups:
- DittoDat – A lookup that shows what you have entered in this field on other records allowing you to quickly "Ditto the Data" onto this record.
- Predefined – A lookup that shows you a predefined list of choices and (optionally) forces you to choose one of them.
