Highlights

• Revert to Ubuntu as underlying distro to provide cgroup v2. Fixes Unable to build images through docker-compose #764, support default-cgroupns-mode=private #720, All builds fail with "runc run failed: unable to start container process" #792, Unable to launch containers that require systemd due to use of Alpine (OpenRC) as hypervisor #369 as well as compatibility with Kind.
• Remove qemu wrapper. Fixes QEMU binary /Users/<USER>/.colima/_wrapper/<HASH>/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 is not properly signed is confusing #796, Unable to start colima, when path of home folder contains BLANK #724.
• Remove obsolete --cgroup-v2 flag. Cgroup v2 is now supported out of the box.
• Remove --network-driver flag and switch to new user-v2 network. Fixes Slow image pulling when using VZ VM type #648, Colima still crashing under network load #603, Connection reset by peer when running pip in a Colima powered Docker Container #577, dns stops working after a while #779, Docker cannot pull images #137, Unstable connections to containers #740.
• Remove obsolete Ubuntu --layer flag, the underlying distro is now Ubuntu.
• Use custom directory for Lima, to avoid clashes with other usages of Lima. $LIMA_HOME is still used if present.
• Inotify flag --mount-inotify now defaults to true.
