It contains scripts for the data analysis of MYC and UBR5 association, reported in Xi et. al. 2017. You will need the RNAseq data from Klijn et al. 2015, breast cancer cell line data from Marcotte et. al. 2015 and TCGA tissue specific data to complete the analysis.
