Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the problem.

The Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Versioning packages are now deprecated and superseded by Asp.Versioning.Mvc.

Describe the solution you'd like

Dependencies on Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.Versioning removed and replaced with Asp.Versioning.Mvc
