obj[x] = y does not work #104

FYI, I am working on this and have most of it done. Look for a PR coming soon. BTW, this is not so much a bug but more of an enhancement as this capability was never in the code. But it is really useful to be able to modify index and hash property expressions, including using compound operators. |

Haven't created 1.1.x so you can open prs against master for now -- I'll
get to that later!
